Ingredients :
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
- half cup thinly sliced purple onion
- three teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/four cup olive oil
- three cups milk
- 2 teaspoons chopped sparkling parsley
- half cup chopped inexperienced bell pepper
- half cup red bell pepper, chopped
- half cup broccoli florets
- half of cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced clean mushrooms
- 1 cup canned shrimp
- 1 cup crab meat, tired
- 1 pound scallops

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguini pasta, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or till al dente. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in an electric powered frying pan, or big skillet saute the pink onion and garlic in olive oil. When onion is translucent, upload the milk. Cook till bubbles form round the rims of the pan. Add the parsley, chopped green and pink bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp, crab, and scallops and stir until properly included.
- Remove half of cup of milk from the combination and location in a small bowl with the flour. Stir till smooth. Add again to skillet with seafood and vegetables. Allow mixture to thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour seafood sauce over drained and cooked linguini noodles. Serve warm.
