- half cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- four cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined

- 1/4 cup chopped clean parsley
- 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
